Nice situation .
Nice room lovely view. Pool was great. Most of the staff were very helpful.
Some of the bar and dining staff were very short with you. On one occasion I wanted to pour my own beer which nearly led to a wrestling match with the waiter. Asked reception to print out boarding passes. They gave me an email for reception but the email box was full and they did not know how to clear it. Evening Buffet was average and very expensive. More than a much better buffet in the Galle Face Hotel.

Nice stay
beach and restaurants nearby were nice. Local area and proximity to places were good.
Welcome wasnt great and staff seemed too busy. Facilities could do with an upgrade
